Shipping Policy
Processing Time
• In-stock items ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Special order or out-of-stock items may require an additional 4–6 business days.
Carriers
• We ship via UPS or FedEx only.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping address before placing an order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to update an address will incur carrier return and reshipping fees.
Address changes requested after order processing may result in a $50 carrier intercept fee.
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.
Return Policy
All supplement sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Adverse Reaction Policy
If you experience a reaction, discontinue use and contact our office immediately.
All reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
